What is It?

This is essentially a comprehensive (but simple to adhere to) lifestyle program that helps busy “mums” tackle one of the hardest things to take down – Post-pregnancy baby fat! Pregnancy tends to wreak havoc on a mother’s body and when the baby is born the mother is left with a lot of new baby fat that seems impossible to get rid of. She essentially explains to you all the things that are happening, talking in a very layman’s terms sort of conversational style (no technical jargon to decipher). She really seems to know her stuff. I was excited right out the gate as this course was nothing like all the others. It is easy to understand and you wont be left to follow the course blindly, as she explains everything and helps you understand exactly what was happening and why each part is essential

What truly impressed me was the comprehensiveness of the material yet the ease of the course. You’ll feel like you have a personal trainer working with you as you do the exercises and change your diet. I was surprised to find that there’s even a follow-up email coaching series offering daily fitness tips and recipes. We all know how easy it is to get distracted and so email coaching will go a long way to motivating you not to stray off the path or get lazy. Holly has worked with over 250 moms with busy schedules, and helped them regain their pre-pregnancy bodies.
